The Ogeechee River Band was formed in the mid-90's in Louisville,Ga. The band has aquired a long resume' consisting mostly of corporate banquets, civic club dances, wedding receptions, engagement parties, sorority events and the like. They have also been featured at the Redneck Games in Dublin, Ga, the Redbreast Festival in Midville, and Jimmy's July Jam in Sparta with the likes of , The Swingin' Medallions, Ty Herndon, Tracy Byrd, Confederate Railroad, as well as Rhett Akins. They continue to be a great party band playing a wide range of music, from bands such as the Tams, Wilson Pickett,The Temptations, Jimmy Buffet, John Mellancamp, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Jr.,Alabama, Eric Clapton, the Eagles and many more.
